TOPIC: No images using Firefox

No images using Firefox 11 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
I've been through this thread and it seems many users have unusual issues with Ari Image Slider and Firefox. I've tried the solutions posted without success.

I'm running Joomla 2.5.8, the Joomlart JA_University template and the ARI Image Slider v2.0.5.

Everything seems to work fine in all my browsers except Firefox 18.0 on the Mac. The images also do not appear in Firefox on Win 7, nor with Firefox 16 on Ubuntu Linux. I see a gray rectangle and that's it. I've not made any major changes to the template, so I'm at a loss as to why Image Slider isn't working in this one instance. Can anyone offer some help?

Thanks.

Hello,

Open browser's error console (press Ctrl + Shift + J in FireFox browser) and you will see it contains a lot of javascript errors which are not related to "ARI Image Slider", but it prevents execution of "ARI Image Slider" javascript code. Fix the errors and the slider should work fine.
