I've searched all your forums and tried everything you suggested. My path is set correctly (see attached). The site is currently in a subfolder on a main site so image folder settings are:

dollyg/images/splash

I turned the title on so I can see if the module loads or not. I see only the title and nothing more in Firefox.

On IE8, it looks like it wants to load, spins and spins, then only shows the title.

I use a Joomlage.com template 'Avanca' that came with a paired down version of your slider. When it didn't work, I downloaded the full one from here today. Same results.

What am I missing?

At least you use incorrect value for "Image path" parameter. Set it to the following value:

images/splash

thank you. feeling stupid. I thought that since it was in the subfolder it needed the subfolders name. I didn't even try that.
