Show slideshow in header? 11 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I have all my images lined up, and the slideshow of images is working perfectly within my article.

However I really want to run the slideshow in the header section of all pages. I have put the loadposition code in the header div, but it just displays the code rather than loading the slider.

How can I achieve what I need?

Many thanks,

WP.

Hello,

{loadposition} code is handled by "Content - Load Module" plugin. This is a content plugin. Joomla! executes content plugins only in articles.

In your case you can modify site template and add a new module position and load the slider to this position.

Many thanks for your quick reply!

I don't understand what I need to do though.

I have created a module position called photos, and this is what I'm loading in the article using {loadposition photos} I used the same code in the template, but obviously that didn't work.

What code do I need to put into the template to load the module position there?
