Yes I have Ari Image Slider and it is published on my home page in the header position which is the area for the slider. Please see the image.

Send a screenshot of home page where we can see "ARI Image Slider" module. Currently we see another slider extension on your home page. Regards, ARI Soft

This screenshot from your Joomla! backend, we asked about screenshot from your frontend where we can see the slider. We don't see "ARI Image Slider" module on your home page, it contains another slider module. Regards, ARI Soft
