There is a conflict between ARI Image Slider and Advanced Module Manager 4.14.0 [just released] such that the configuration page of ARI Image Slider is corrupted if the Colour option is switched on in Advanced Module Manager. The colour handling in Advanced Module Manager has just bee been upgraded in v4.14.0, released in the last couple of days.

The Advanced Module Manager team reckon the corruption is something to do with ARI Image Slider's use of class naming in the custom color field, which conflicts with the Joomla core color field: JFormFieldColor.

I don't use the Colour option in Advanced Module Manager so I can disable the option and the problem goes away. Although it's not a big deal for me, you may be interested in the suggestion that there is a conflict between ARI Image Slider and Joomla core.

I am using ARI Image Slider 2.1.9 The conflict appears in both Joomla 3.2.3 and 3.3.0. I haven't ried anything earlier.

However, I have downloaded the latest ARI Image Slider (2.1.11) and I still have the problem. See attachment.

It's not a big deal as I can easily switch off the Colour option in AMM and everything works fine.

The image file got bounced on the previous post, so I'm resending with a smaller image size

Sorry, we fixed it for fresh installation, but it didn't work when module is updated because Joomla! installer doesn't remove outdated files automatically. We fixed this too. The updated version of the module is available on our site.
