Hello

I have a ari image slider which works great. Now I wanted to add the popup function with ari fancybox. I bought the plugion and installed the 'System - ARI Fancybox' plugin. In the module I have chosen the ARI Fancybox on the dropdown Lightbox integration.
Unfortunately there is no popup function. Am I missing something?

Hello,

Check that "ARI Fancybox" module is installed and "System - ARI Fancybox" plugin is installed, enabled and configured. If it doesn't help, could you send screenshot(s) of "ARI Image Slider" module settings page and a link to a page where the slider is used by email?

- Can I uninstall ari fancybox module or is it necessary?
- Can I put bigger pictures in the folder so that the sliders keeps the same dimensions and the popups are bigger?
- What about the responsive version. there is a white spce in the popup on smal screen and there is an wrapper space as well.

1. The module can be disabled, but don't uninstall it because it contains files which are used by the plugin.

2. Yes, it is possible. The extension can also generate thumbnails automatically. For this enter a path to big images in "Image path" parameter, set "Use thumbnails" parameter to "Yes" and specify "Thumbnail width" and/or "Thumbnail height" parameters. If you want to use your own thumbnails then enter path to thumbnails in "Thumbnails path" parameter. For example if big images are located in images/album folder and thumbnails are located in images/album/thumbs folder and have the same name as big images then set "Thumbnails path" parameter to thumbs/{$fileName} value.

3. The slider looks fine for us when browser's window is resized. Could you provide an image where we can see the problem?
