Hi guys

I have been using your ARI Image slider for years. The current version in use is 2.0.2 installed within Joomla 3.6.5. I recent update to Joomla 3.7.4 and your ARI ISlider v2.0.2 still works perfectly.

Then as my host suggested update of ARI ISlider to v2.0.4, i did the auto update by press the update button. But then the Islider don't work anymore, it just keep spinning.

In my v2.0.2 the key settings are as follows:
Responsive Yes
Theme Square
Load method: On Load

So what is solution? Thank you first.

It is not ARI-Soft bug

It is Helix 3 v2.1 update that caused it, I have to stick to v1.7

We can investigate the problem if you provide a link to a page where it occurs. We suppose this a javascript conflict with a 3rd party extension or template. Usually it happens when jQuery library is loaded in an incorrect way.
