I have posted this issue 1 week ago but it was not clear. I done this testing in my localhost so i can't do what you suggested. But i would still to BELIEVE you can fix this with the info below.

I use all latest version to date
1 Joola 3.7.4
2 Helix3 Template v2.1
3 Your ARI Image Slide v2.2.4
4 Everything in EveryWay FaceBook slider v2.0.13

This is what i found
1 If everyway facebook is on & working, your ImgSlider won't resolve
2 Turn off facebook, your ImgSlider works immediately.

You did mention it is a clash of extension in the jquery, i really hope you guys can fix it with this. THANK YOU.

This problem with ordering of loading javascript files. It loads first combined javascript files (scripts from this file requires jQuery library which should be loaded first) and only then jQuery library:



It looks like a problem with site template javascript optimiser. Try to disable it, clean Joomla! cache and check the page again.
