Okay. This is what I'm talking about -- see the lower right-hand corner of the page. You'll see that when a smaller image overlays a larger one, the larger one still shows beneath the smaller one because the smaller one isn't re-sized to completely cover the container area (or rather, the container isn't re-sized to fit the image). Similar problem with vertical vs. horizontal pictures.

It seems another slider is used on your site. In any case, we wrote in our previous post that NivoSlider doesn't support images with different size. Transition effects doesn't look well in this case.
