I'm trying to set up a popup for a single image, similar to sexy lightbox, but I don't seem to understand how to do it -- and the docs don't give specific instructions, so I wonder if it's even possible.

Since I've messed up the shortcode, I get a page not found error with this code:

#0 The object must be an array or an object that implements ArrayAccess

Here's my shortcode, as generated with the Popup button:

{popup gallery="images/"}<img src="images/abc.jpg" />{/popup}

I want the thumbnail displayed on the page, and when you click on it the full image is rendered in the popup window. But I don't want a gallery of all of the images in that directory -- just the specified JPG.

Which functionality should I use to accomplish this? Thanks!

The extension doesn't support ability to do it via shortcode, but it can attach lightbox to images automatically. You can read here about it.
