I recently purchased ARI Magnifier but am having difficulty getting it to work. I want to display maps with a zoomable mouse-over effect as in your demo but despite following instructions and reading posts on the forum I am still getting nowhere.

As a test I simply wanted to see if I could put a zoomable image on the site and this is the code I have entered.

{arimagnify activeType="singleimage" src="images/Stroud for web.jpeg"}{/arimagnify}

'Stroud for web' being the image title in the Joomla image folder for my site and I have checked the HTML code and all seems OK but nothing appears on the site.

Can you help please.
