How does one add an image to a node? I have been trying to add a png image to a node without success! All other html code are rendered correctly except for the image bit.

can you show a code how to insert photo and name in the node.
I tried to insert image and the name. The size of the image becomes
long, I want to reduce the size.

Rectangle is shown according to HTML code which is used for node content. It could be added by a WYSIWYG editor. Switch your editor to plain text mode and remove unnecessary code.

About images, they look normal:
