We sucessfully installed the component. However, when we click on the component or any link within that from the Admin window, it says HTML 500 Internal Server Error. This happens only in the live site - on the local desktop version of the website it works fine. The details of the error are:

" The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

Is there something that we missed? Please let us know.

Good afternoon.

I encountered the same problem. On the local computer everything works fine. But on the server opens a blank page. In the server error logs:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'AriJSONHelper' not found in / srv / www / htdocs / gosstroy / modules / mod_ariextmenu / mod_ariextmenu / templates / main.html.php on line 70
My version of ARI Ext Menu 1.2.6.

Please help solve this problem.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I have decided this issue, the cause was in the server configuration. When downloading files, their names are translated to lower case. As the server runs on Linux, then arikernel could not connect files. He needed kernel / Web / JSON / class.JSON.php and were kernel / web / json / class.json.php. Problem solved, here's the site address gosstroy.gov.kg/. Thanks for the module.
