Hi ARI,
I downloaded Quiz Lite, attempted to create a quiz "How well do you know Livingston?", however I cannot get the quiz to show on the front end.
The quiz category is "Livingston", Question Category is "Top10 Categories", and I put in 10 "Single Questions". I hooked all to a menu item at the bottom of my page "Quiz", yet I get the message "Selected Quiz not available, contact with Administrator".

Any suggestions as to what I missed?
