Is there a variable that stores which question they are responding right now? And for questions they have been answered, there is some variable that check whether their answers were correct?

i don't know...in the same way that it's possible to find (and use) these parameters in base template:

{$UserName}
{$SpentTime}
{$StartDate}
{$QuizName}
{$MaxScore}
{$UserScore}
{$PercentScore}
{$PassedScore}
{$Passed}
{$EndDate}

it will be possible to find the parameters i'd commented in previous post?

The extension doesn't provide the described variables for text templates.
