I have noticed a problem with the quiz.

Lets say you assign a question from the bank in a quiz and then you want to change the question a bit.

I go in the bank and I change, for instance, the font color but then the quiz shows again the previous question without the new colored font.

Even if I remove the questions from the quiz and the quiz has no questions, it still shows the previous question in the frontend.

I have noticed in the database that when a question has id 1 lets say,
when you assign it in a quiz it creates another id question ie id 2.

The problem is that it does not erase the data in the database and to refresh or to assign a new question to that quiz I have to go manually in the database and change the question id to the one that it was appearing in the quiz.

I don't know if all that makes sense but I am asking because maybe you have faced the same problem before. I am convinced that there is a problem updating the data in the relevant tables. I am only using the free text questions and it makes it impossible for an admin without mysql knowledge to see the changes he is doing to the questions in the frontend.

Have you completed previous quiz session? If you change question(s) in a quiz, changes will be applied if start new quiz session.
