We are using a flash image player module as the header to our site, and we have just noticed that the header will not run on any of the quiz pages. This is a problem as it effects the overall look of our site.

I have all of the menu and module links set correctly so this is not a part of the problem.

Can you offer a suggestion to fix this problem?

If you click on any other link across the site (which is due to go live in about four hours), you'll see the header module works fine everywhere else.

The header module we're using is JSN ImageShow Pro.

We have investigated the issue and it looks like the JavaScript code that is embedding the flash is not present on the pages with ARI Quiz component. Maybe your plugin is not correctly working with quiz pages. Could you please tell us in which way flash is embedded to your site?

ARI Quiz component is just a piece of code that does not touch other content so it should not be the problem for embedding flash itself.

We haven't embedded flash into the site. The header images are actually driven by a site module called JSN ImageShow.

If what you're saying is correct, then this is odd behaviour for both elements when they ought to be able to work together.

I'll look into it further, but a more definite answer would be appreciated since it's only on the ARI QUIZ page that the images will not appear, even though the module is assigned to those pages.

Could you please provide us access to your Joomla! system so we could log in and investigate. Please send us credentials via email.
