As i am able to see 4 or 5 module which are related to the quiz component. but not able to use them properly.

Please provide a help file for it

Also, How do i go about copying all the questions of a category to another category

'ARI Quiz' comes with 4 modules which installed automatically. There are:

ARI Quiz results - shows N results of last passed tests
ARI Quiz top results - shows N best results of passed tests
ARI Quiz user results - shows N results of last passed tests for logged user
ARI Quiz user top results - shows N best results of passed test for logged user.

You can use it as standard Joomla module. Assign it to needed pages and change default properties if it needs.

Regarding to your second question:

the component doesn't provide ability to copy questions or mass properties changing, but we are going to add this possibility in one of the future releases. Currently you can create questions in question bank, add needed questions to quiz and change question category for them.
