I update my ARI Quiz to version 2.4.0 and after that in question bank screen when I use the filter All Category it shows only the question that have not category assigned to it, so if I have all the questions assigned to a category it will say no records found, all other categories display ok, is this normal?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

It was bug, but we have fixed it. You can download updated version of the component in 'Member Area'.
