Prior to purchase could anyone tell me if this is possible -

I'm creating a competency assessment with a number of categories of competency

- lots of statements in a matrix with 4 answers ranging from YES!, yes, no, NO! - each selection has a value - but in some questions the values are reversed
-

so...

1) I am very happy (YES!=4; yes=3; no=2 NO!=1)
2) I am very unhappy (YES!=1; yes!=2; no=3; NO!=4)

At the end the score is given by category - calculated by taking the sum of the values for a set of questions

- e.g. score for category A= Sum of values of answers for q1, q4, q9; scoreCatB=SUM(q2, q3, q8) and so on

Can I create this kind of quiz using this tool?

I am unable to attach the pdf version of the quiz!
