Hello,

Copy extension's tables from J! 1.5 database to J! 1.7 database and then install the latest version of the extension through standard Joomla! installation page. Installer do all necessary upgrades.

We have installed the extension, but it seems J! 1.7 didn't contain extension's table from previous version.
