I want to install the new version, so i tried to uninstall the older, but couldn't. it said it was impossible to remove the directories:

componentes/ariquiz
administrator/components/ariquiz

So i uninstalled the directories manually.

I tried to installed, but now it says:
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Component Install: Failed to create directory.: ".....\components\com_ariquiz"

What should i do?

Hello,

Do you use 'FTP credentials' for installing the component? If yes, try to switch off 'FTP' on Joomla! settings page. Maybe it configured incorrectly. You can read about this problem on official Joomla! forum.
