Thank you so much for this nice product. I just purchased the component and received the Download ID and entered as instructed in your email...but I'm using a lousy dial-up internet connection and I got disconnected while the download started...and once I reconnected again, and reentered the download ID I got an error message saying (you reached your maximum downloads!) ...I tried again and again but I was getting another error message every time (invalid download ID!)....Please help...I loved your product, paid for it...but couldn't enjoy it yet....
