hello,
we have some problems with the results. it's on a production website.
some users have no results, but they had checked answers.
we tried to desactivate the timer by quizz (fixed to 40 secondes) and i works better.
we tried to also to migrate the sql server to an other one, and it works better (only one result isn't ok).

we don't understand why it's not working anymore, it worked great during the testing period.

is the probel from the javascript (cheking time)?
we really need help, thanks.


other question : is it possible to get results from the database even if it doesn't show in ariquiz administration

Check time is the same on sever where Joomla! is installed and on server where DB is installed.

we have exactly the same timezone and time on mysql server, and php.

we're going to test again to check if it's ok.

and can we get results from users where there is problems ? it's important for us.
even if it's doesn't show in administration, can we get it from database ?

It is not possible to retrieve user answers because they didn't save due to problem with different time on Joomla! and DB servers.

we still have a bug but only when the user doesn't check any answer in 40 seconds.

there is no answer in the in results( that's normal) but the time showed is 4 min or 5 min or 6 min .... instead of 40 seconds.(like the images in the last post).

so we can't see if the user doesn't answer or it's a bug (timezone).

can we do something else ?

It is possible to provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate an issue?
