Not able to install ARI-QUIZ component 14 Years, 11 Months ago

Hi:

I am not able to install ari-quiz component, since my site provider has enabled TLS/SSL (AUTH TLS - Explicit), as joomla support ftp through plain text only.

I tried to upload com_ariquiz files to my site server manually using ftp clients that support FTPES, however when I install ari-quiz component from the uploaded directory it gives error that directory already exists, and if I I delete directory manually, it gives error message not able to create directory.

Please suggest.

Hello, Could you say which version of ARI Quiz you tried to install? Does it happen only with ARI Quiz or with other extensions too? Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email (info@ari-soft.com) that we can investigate this issue? Regards, ARI Soft
