Hi
I bought this product yesterday and have been getting used to it. However when I select Export - Questions and then click the Export icon at top of page it just presents me with a zipped xml file for download. I have looked for export options without success so far and also searched forums.

I assume I have latest version sinbce I got it from this website yesterday after my payment was processed and it's running on Joomla 2.5.

If someone can help me with this please the export / Import csv files option was one of the reasons I bought this product.

Hello,

Currently the extension can export questions to XML format only. The component supports import questions from a CSV file. A link to a sample CSV file can be found on "F.A.Q." page on component backend.

I have to say I am surprised at your reply considering one of the product features on your web site specifically says:

export to CSV, HTML, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel format

If that's incorrect surely you shouldn't have it in your product specifications - that is one of the reasons I chose your product and I now find it isn't included!!

The extension exports quiz results to CSV, HTML, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel format.

Export all questions and answers to at least CSV really needs to be a feature of this component. Really makes it hard to update your question bank if you have to go through them one by one.

We will implement this feature in a future release.
