I am using Joomla 2.5

ARI Quiz Lite worked fine, I was able to create quizzes. After installing ARI Quiz (full), neither ARI Quiz component will let me save quiz answers.

I was expecting a radio button or something of that nature to allow me to specify, which of the 4 choices is the correct choice.

Clicking on the word "true" on the left side causes the word "true" to appear under "actions" on the right side. As I recall this used to establish the correct answer in my copy of ARI (lite). There is NOTHING for me to click on, nor is there an area labeled in such a way as to suggest what to type and where to type it for indicating, which is the correct answer - VERY ANNOYING!

Can you PLEASE make a help file that is written in an easy to understand, step-by-step manner for creating single answer, multiple choice questions? I personally think there is a glitch, such that I am not seeing all of the controls at the bottom.

At this moment I am not able to offer online quizzes to my students. I wrote 1-2 detailed emails with no reply after 48 hours of waiting. I didn't even get a courtesy email telling me you are looking into the matter.

Ps - I have no software or knowledge on how to send a screenshot. I will need to provide a temporary login for you to use, which is going to make things take even longer.

Pps - How can I remove ARI Quiz, so that I can try to reinstall it?

Correct answers for multiple question type can be selected with help of checkboxes:



If it looks in other way on your Joomla! backend, it can be a problem if the extension is installed incorrectly. We can investigate the problem if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email and specify what browser do you use.

Hi

I have the exact same problem, seems to be an internet explorer issue. One one PC with IE9 it displayed a corrupt layout with the words true on the left instead of tick boxes. Worked fine on the same pc with firefox. Also fine on IE on another PC.

Download and upgrade the extension. It should help.

PS: If nothing changes after upgrade, clean browser's cache.
