I keep getting a installation error when trying to install ARI Quiz 2.8.3.

Attached is an screen shot of the error.

Hello,

It seems that you install the component using FTP crdenetials and your FTP user doesn't have permission for changing directory permissions. You can read about this error on official Joomla! forum in this topic. Check that your FTP account configure properly or temporary switch off FTP layer in Joomla! and install the component. You can also provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email and we'll investigate this issue more deeply and fix it for you.
