I am trying to create an assessment of skills in which for each question there are five answers. There is no incorrect answers. (So in back end all answers are checked as correct?)

Each answer has a number of points associated with it. I need the quiz to only count the points for the answers checked. Not all of the answers. I have included text doc of assessment so you can see what I am trying to accomplish. Can you instruct me how to accomplish this type of assessment?

You can use 'Mulitple Summing Question' question type and fill 'Score' fields only for answer which must be calculated.

How do you know which questions will be calculated? It is based on self assessed skills. So all answers will have a score. The user will only answer one. But currently multiple summing adds all of the scores. I need to only add the score that the user answers. Any method to accomplish that?

If we correctly understand, you want to show question with radio button list for answers that user can check only one answer?

Yes, I need to be able to offer 5 answers with the radio buttons. The user will only choose one answer. There are no wrong answers. Therefore, all of the answers have a different score. Please view attached document sent earlier. If you can offer another solution please let me know.

It seems 'Single Question' is suitable for your needs. You can set in question 'Score' field maximum score for question and in 'Score' field for answers set appropriate score as percentage of the maximum number of points.
