Hi There,

I uploaded a spreadsheet (which is a TIME SAVER) the client gave me last night. I am going through and cleaning up some questions that were not working properly on the test and I found this error on one of the questions inside the question bank...

ARI XML: Error at line 4 column 94. Error 5: Invalid document end

The attached picture shows you that there are no answers - but I did see 2 of the answers on the actual test when I took it.

I reviewed the question and noticed the quotation mark at the end of the sentence.

No, because business machinery and rental real estate are not considered “like-kind”

Did this cause the problem?

How can I fix it? Or where do I go to fix it?

And if we ended this question with a period or another word without quotes would it work properly?

Update: I went back in to check to see if the error was still there and it was indeed gone.

The answers were not there, however, I was able to add in the answers and place a period at the end of the answer with the quotation marks.

So the question is for clarification - can you use quotation marks inside an answer? Or was it because it ended the answer?
