Logo jpg image in "mail template" 14 Years, 10 Months ago	Karma: 0
Can someone please explain how to insert image (logo) into the mail template for quiz results? I have tried traditional media manager approach but the results end up with "logo image" text where the logo image should be. Thanks for the assistance.

Hello,

Place full url for <IMG> HTML tag. In other words, if your logo is located by the following path: <joomla_dir>/images/logo.jpg then place in mail template the following code for showing logo:

Code:



<img src="http://<your_domain>/images/logo.jpg" alt="" />

Where <your_domain> is your domain name.

Hi In regards to the logo placement on the email template. I am able top to place the gif image of the logo on the editor and can view it. However, logo image does not show up on sent email. When email is received there is no image. How can I sent mail template with image logo? Thanks,

Hello, Switch your WYSIWYG editor to "HTML" mode or plain text mode and check that image contains full path (starts with http://). If you have any difficulties with it, you can provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email and we'll help you. Regards, ARI Soft
