I'm interested in buying it, but I don't know if it's possible to implement an epayment sollution, so after user finish the test, he will need to pay (paypal, e-card, sms) that the system will reveal the final scorage. The system will reveal the scorage of the test only if the users pays.

Your requirement requires custom development. Our 'ARI Quiz Events' free plugin can be used for creating bridge between 'ARI Quiz' and credits system, for example Vodes Joomla! component. You can create this bridge by yourself or order custom development.

Can you please tell me how much custom development hours ?

From Vodes I see that the users has to create accounts and I don't want this option.

Simply I want after they finish the test, they should send an SMS (we will use a processor for this) and the system will send them the results and a custom message (without the answers for questions.)

Hello it means that:
- the user take the test;
- the user finish the test and if he want to know the final result (not the answers) he will need to send a SMS from mobile phone (translate.google.ro/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=ro&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http://www.mobilpay.ro/en/&sl=ro&tl=en). The system for mobilpayment through SMS it will be only integrated.
- the system will reveal the final results if the users pay to this SMS method. Also an email will be sent to him.

We understand your requirements, but it requires additional investigation because we didn't work with www.mobilpay.ro before. We need to investigate provide this service PHP library for working with their API or it requires creating it from the scratch. Now our developers are loading with other activities, but if you are interested, we can discuss this after 2-3 weeks.
