HI there,

I am working with Joomla 2.5.6 and ARI Quiz with the newer plug in to enable quiz inside the content. I have used the older version of this plug in on some Joomla 1.5.26 sites just fine with no issues.

Right now though as I am setting up a new site with a new test - I am getting the "loading" notice with nothing else.

I have checked all the placeholders, Updated my JCE version to the latest, turned on and off the Jquery conflict mode from inside the plugin.

The test is working if I want to use a Quiz Layout page. It works just fine. But I need the quiz to be on it's own page as I need to have a menu module off to one side for test materials.

Am I missing a setting in Joomla 2.5 somewhere?

I know my php and mysql are up to date as well.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

"ARI Quiz Anywhere" is new plugin and you could not use it before because it was released today. It works with "ARI Quiz" v. 3.0+.

Probably you mean ARI Quiz in Content plugin, it works with "ARI Quiz" v. 2.x.

Ahhh yes - I have ARI Quiz 2.10.3 version with the ARI Quiz Anywhere plug in! I installed it today by chance!

Ok so where do I get the ARI update or should I downgrade the plug in....

Ok I found the 3.00 version in my member Area - forgot about that area.

I also saw a note on your Recent Events to the right on the page about the update and I saw the note...

Note: import/export functionalities were temporarily removed, they will be reworked in a new version of the extension and will be ready within next few weeks. Currently the extension contains only English language, but the languages from previous version of "ARI Quiz" will be added into the next release.



I am in the middle of using the Import CSV option for uploading the questions into the question bank - is this function working in 3.0? If not I will stay with the previous version until that is updated.

"ARI Quiz" v. 3.0.0 support ability to import questions from CSV file to a quiz or to question bank. You can see the latest version of the extension in action on demo site.

Updated to the new version and the new plug in anywhere and it's working just fine!

The import is there too. I misunderstood the note you had posted about the new version. I thought the import function has been temporarily removed - but it has not - it's still there.
