I change in php.ini on my server like this :

max_execution_time = 600
max_input_time = 1200
memory_limit = 1812m

And is not working

So is not from this

When i click to export Results it sending me to this page administrator/index2.php and the page is blank . I put in Joomla to show me maximum error but it not show me anything

Check web server error log. Server administrators can set limit for maximum value of "memory_limit" PHP parameter.

If i update the ARI QUIZ on the both websites can i just go and copy the ARI QUIZ DB from the old one and put it on the new one ?

This error from access log, not from error log.

If you want to use database from old version of the extension, by new version of the extension (or on another Joomla! instance). Restore SQL dump, install old version of the extension and then upgrade it to the latest version. If you SQL dump from another Joomla! instance, check that tables prefix are the same.
