I have purchased Ari Quiz today and I'm "unable" to install the component in Joomla v. 2.5.7 website.

I tried install the ARI Quiz in Joomla 1.5 and it's OK but when I try to install the component in different joomla 2.5.7 websites, it does NOT work.

Yes, I have referred to your documentation at www.ari-soft.com/docs/ariquiz/html/ARI_Quiz_UserGuide.html - but still no success.

I always get the same Internal server error information: It says:

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." ..."Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Now I have decided to start all over again, no upgrades, no ARI files, I have uninstalled modules and remove the Ari Quiz Lite (trial version) from my server...

Still doesn't work. I can't upload the package file. Yes, I have tried manual installation but still nothing... nada, Rien, ingenting, ei mitään, Niets, Gar nichts!

Can you help me?
