I want to edit the file that is shown when a quiz is about to start. Where is that file located ? I want to move the continue button to the center of the page, I have been able to edit other pages but this one I can not find

Hi guys, I have the same problem. I went to the <joomla_directory>/components/com_ariquiz/views/quiz/tmpl/default.php file as suggested. Apologies as I'm a bit of a newbie . What code could I add to center the continue button? Would it be a css file? So far my efforts haven't been succesful Thanks for your help
