i downloaded ARI Quiz v. 3.4.12
but when i install:

Unable to write entry
Unable to find install package

Hello,

It can be a problem with Joomla! configuration. We can investigate the problem if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.

PS: This problem can occur if "FTP Layer" is enabled in Joomla! settings and configured incorrectly so if "FTP Layer" is enabled on your site, try to temporary disable it.

It doesn't require to uninstall previous version of the extension.
