I could check that is possible to use external plugin code in the question texts. However, it seems doesn't work in the extensions text. There are some way that it's working also in the extension text?

Hello,

The extension supports ability to use content plugins in question text if "Additional settings -> Parse plugin tags" parameter is set to "Yes" in quiz settings.

What do you mean under "extension's text"?

And...can you provide me a solution in order to introduce audio files in other places, and not only in question text?

I would like to use audio files for making the question, and also, for explaning the answer

It requires modification of the extension. If you need it is urgently, you can order a custom development or submit a feature request here and we will implement it in a future version of the extension.
