the outcome (results) depends on the adopted scale 11 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hi there,

i need to show results in some scale, for example:

10 - 15 % is A
16 - 20 % is B
21 - 25 % is C
ect

I guess this is the "result scales", but how to configure it to display the correct result consistent with the scale?

'll be grateful for your help
regards

Hello,

You can show different text templates at the end of a quiz using a result scale. For example create 3 text templates. For example "Template A", "Template B", "Template C" then create a result scale with 3 sections like on the screenshot below:

and choose the results scale in quiz settings. Set "Results settings -> Choose template type" parameter to "Result scale" and choose the result scale in "Results settings -> Choose template type -> Result scale -> Result scale" drop-down.

Thanks for the quick reply!

it is the ability to send "Result scale" to the administrator in the email, instead the tested person?

i need to show a different message to the administrator and the other for a tested person.

'll take post your answer here:

The extension doesn't support ability to use different templates for notification emails. You can submit a feature request here:

www.ari-soft.com/ARI-Quiz-Feature-Request/

and we will implement this feature in a future version of the extension or if you need this feature urgently, we can do it as a custom development.

ARI Soft
