Is there a way to change a users answer in a quiz once completed?

I made a mistake in a question, the user answered correctly, but the answer I specified in the quiz question was incorrect.

Is there a way to change the users results to reflect the score and show it as correct?

The extension doesn't support ability to change answers in completed quizzes.

After applying the quiz, change the correct answer to a problem. Must be able to recalculate scores

The extension doesn't support this ability, it can be a implemented as a custom development.
