Right now it looks like 'choice A' 'choice B' 'choice C' 'choice D' I would like it to just be 'A' 'B' 'C' 'D' Thanks

You can replace "Choice" label with empty string. Here is described how to edit existing translation. "Choice" label is located in en-GB.com_ariquiz.ajax.ini file. Regards, ARI Soft
