I may be missing something obvious here, but when I add the "print templates" to a quiz, all that appears are 2 buttons, both saying "print".

And when I click on both I see the same: the result summary.

How can I see all the questions and the answers given by the quiz taker as well?

And while I'm here, there are no mail templates so I'm not sure how I can have the results (in detail) mailed to the question taker. Is that possible also?

Currently the component can display detailed results only on final page, it can't display detailed results in 'Text Templates' and 'Mail Templates', we'll add this feature in a future release.
