several users told me that the evaluation of ari quiz doesn't work correct in a few times.
Sometimes, the system returns that questions were answered incorrectly, although these were ticked correctly.
A look at the statistics confirm this problem. Some tests are marked as failed, although the questions were answered correctly.
In general it refers then to the whole test, so then all questions will be output as wrong.



Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email and a link to quiz results where the problem occurs so we can investigate it?
