1. It seems you haven't completed previous quiz session. Complete the previous quiz session and start a new one. It should help.

2. We tried to reproduce the problem, but the quiz is loading fine. Could you try to reproduce this problem on another computer?

One more notice.
This plugin doesn't preserve styling - no stylesheets are loaded upon embedding. Of course, I can put all ariquiz styles in plugin's stylesheet, but it would be better that all styles are loaded automatically.

If you mean site template styles then this problem with site template implementation. It can load different CSS files for normal view and component view (See index.php and component.php files from site template).

Oh,
I found that template's stylesheets are not loaded within embedded iframe. If I use tests via menu item then all template stylings are available, but in component's view via iframe they are not loaded.
OK, I'll try to cope with it.

Joomla! can show components output in two ways. In first case it shows header, footer and other elements and in the second case it shows only component output without header, footer and other elements. Usually in first case uses index.php file from site template and in the second case component.php file is used. It seems your site template loads different CSS files (or have different HTML layout and not all CSS rules are applied) in normal and component modes.
