We have been using quizlet for 4 years in a training site with joomla 1.5.22 and cbsubs 1.9.1, with Ariquiz for testing students, with more than 1000 users with almost no problem. But, lately we have been getting problems that even when it doesn't occurs always, it has been happening more and more frequently lately. Maybe it has been reported by our users 10 times, but most of them in the last few months.

Some people had seen that one or two questions are repeated many times when they take a quizz, (5 times maybe?) The progress on the quizz appears as it they are not answering the question, even when they are. The problem can appear in any quizz, not in one in particular.

And sometimes, the quizz seems to get blocked for that user. And if the user tries to answer the same quizz one more time, the system doesn't show it. All the other quizzes function ok, but the one that gets blocked don't. If we search for the result of that user on that quizz on the administrator, it appears as not been answered.

I can't say if it is only one problem or two different problems. Because some people have reported it together.

The worst case is when the quizz gets blocked for the user, so we cannot get a result for that quizz for that particular user. And he cannot get access to it anymore to pass the course.
