1. Create a question template in "Question templates" section on component backend and then choose "Based on question template" tab in popup which appears when "Add question" button is pressed on quiz questions page and choose the question template:



2. Add the following CSS rule to a site template CSS file and clean browser's cache:

#ariQuizContainer .aq-singlequestion .aq-answer-container {float:left;}
