Sorry for my late reply but I could't answer before.

I would like to do a test but the user needs to choose the answers based on the Likert scale format.

Is there a way to do that?

You can use "Single question" question type with 5 answers.

Yes, but the question is if I can create a questionnaire which summarize the answers.

Lets say that someone answer two questions - One he choose 3 and the second 4, the total score will be 7.
That way is possible to create a Likert scale format test.

It is possible to set number of score in percent from maximum score for each answer in question settings.
