Today, I let my students (15) do quizzes using ari quiz application. There were 3 types of quizzes. 100 questions per quiz. Everything was well until they finished their test by clicking "save" button.
In the quizzes result screen, I get about 7 results with the correct point (xx/100 point), 4 incorrect point (xx/<100 but there are 100 questions in the test) and 4 unbelievable results (0/100). My students said they checked all questions but system can't save them. what happened with my application? Is there any way to get the correct results in cases 2 and 3? And what I must to to avoid this problem in the future? Thanks!

Hello,

Could you specify what version of the extension and Joomla! are used on your site? What browser(s) are used by users? Could you reproduce the problem by yourself and describe steps how to do it? Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?

This is the information of my system

Joomla: 3.3.6
Ari quiz: 3.6.16

Server-side:
OS: Windwos Server 2003 R2 Enterprise
CPU: Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 GHz
Memory: 4 GB

Client-side:
Various HP Desktop, HP Dx2700 at least
OS: Windows 7 Pro 32 bit
Browser: Mozilla Firefox v31.0

Could you please tell me how to build my server to fix this problem
In case I must upgrade the Joomla and Ari quiz, I must setup everything at the beginning, is it right?

And how about the 0/100 result? Is there any way to save them or I must let my students re-do the test?

We can't reproduce the problem. Could you reproduce the problem by yourself and describe steps how to do it? Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
