I have just installed the full version of the test module/plugins and I tried to follow the example shown in the User Guide. When I tried to create a new quiz the system freezes when I click on the Save and Close button. The same happens when I try to set a Category.

Hello, Try to change a WYSIWYG editor on "ARI Quiz -> Config" page using "Editor" parameter. If it doesn't help, could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem? It can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension. Regards, ARI Soft
