When I installed ARI Quiz, appeared the following warning message and the installation was aborted. Please tell what could be the reason?

When I installed ARI Quiz, appeared the following warning message: "Duplicate entry '357' for key 'QuestionVersionId' SQL=ALTER TABLE ojxe5_ariquizquestion ADD UNIQUE INDEX `QuestionVersionId` (`QuestionVersionId`)" and the installation was aborted.

Please tell what could be the reason?

It seems some record(s) in a database are corrupted. Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem in more details and fix the problem?
